Da Olmo

Italian food is fast becoming one of Tokyo’s hottest culinary
trends, with new Italian restaurants cropping up left, right and centre. Da
Olmo is no exception, and with roots firmly entrenched in northern Italian
cuisine, this place is the leading light of little Italy in the middle of
Tokyo. The skill of chef Yukihiro Kitamura is in taking traditional Japanese
ingredients like Tajima wagyu and transforming them into authentic Italian
dishes like their rustic Bolognese. Although décor is simple, if a little
underwhelming, don’t let that take away from the top quality food on offer
here. Round off a great dining experience by choosing from over 200 great
Italian wines to compliment your meal and your mood.
