Resident chef Juan Jose Castilla has invented a definitive Curry Spaghetti. He also mixes fresh Foie Gras and apple sauce with Focaccia and cuts a tuna stake with Lime and Soya sauce.
Deserts include Italian staples like Tiramisú or Pineapple Carpaccio, plus an adventurous choice of ice creams and Sorbets including olive oil and green pepper flavour, Tequila and Papaya or strawberry and Rhubarb leaf.
