An exciting mix of the grungy modern and vintage, Earlham Street is for kidults! Pop in to Carhartt for cool American streetwear: sweatshirts, jackets, and their trademark carpenter jeans – and if it’s jeans you’re after, have a gander at Diesel, the two floors of Renzo Rosso’s Italian denim or the Fenchurch store. In fact, Earlham Street is quite the denim heaven. In Fenchurch, you can also find a cool selection of headphones for both boys and girls, and the place to buy the music is Fopp, saved by HMV. This once-indie chain is ever popular: records (both indie and mainstream), CDs, books and art house films can all be found under Fopp’s roof.
And much more shopping fun can be had along the Earlham Street. Of note are Magma Two (for deeply cool arty mags and design books), Reworks (a vintage showroom presenting exciting reworkings of old threads), and Urban Outfitters’ Industrial-style American emporium for retro/modern culture, music, clothing and homeware.
