Another classic in the Salamanca district, this authentic Asturian restaurant run by up-and-coming chef Sandro Silva combines both regional culinary conservatism and French ‘panache’. Classical furnishings lend the restaurant an air of refinement for romantic soirees and special occasions, but given the dimly lit rooms – you may have a hard time taking it all in. Despite this, a wide range of options tempt the palette; a smattering of seafood like venus clams with artichokes and a range of grilled meats like sirloin medallions with mustard sauce are all on the main course menu.
