The sleek décor at this Vegas restaurant is done in muted colors with touches like strands of hanging crystal bulbs and fine china on the tables. Chef Chi Choi is known to be a master with a Hong Kong-style wok and features fresh seafood prepared steamed, baked or wok-fried. Step into the chrysanthemum-shaped dining room and try one of his signature dishes such as imperial Peking duck, wok-fried beef tenderloin, lobster tail with XO sauce, and pork belly Taiwanese-style. High-rollers will be pleased to find braised whole Japanese abalone on the menu. Fin is open for both lunch and dinner, and dim-sum is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Dress is casual, but the elegant surrounds will make you feel grubby if you don’t upgrade from the flip-flops.
