‘Good food to go’ runs the tagline of this cute deli-cum-diner in a converted garage. The menu changes daily, according to whatever looks good at the market, or whatever they feel like putting together. Sandwiches might include lemon chicken, goat’s cheese or salmon, while sturdier fare will typically be a couscous dish, a curry, something Thai inspired and a traditional Dutch item. Get your fill from the counter to go, or take your pick and a table in the super basic dining area and wait for them to bring over the goods. Everything is available to take away, including the delicious cakes and desserts. The selection is never vast, and is likely to be much slimmer come closing time, but what they have tends to be fresh and well put together.
