rnStaff are young and friendly, and the food is. is. well, it’s okay. There are cheap breakfast, lunch and dinner menus as well as à la carte options, but the brownies, lattes and ambience are the main attraction. It’s a popular WiFi spot (1kc per minute), so don’t be surprised to find half the clientele lost in cyberspace during the day.
rnCome evening, there is often live entertainment in the form of book readings, art exhibitions and live music; since there’s a range of alcoholic drinks available, it’s worth bearing in mind for an evening out. The well-stocked bookshop offers essential Czech classics as well as good international selections (all in English) and tome-buyers are rewarded with WiFi credit.
