Grazia
Grazia was a labour of love for its owners, Raphaël Haasz and Claudia Oyuela; the result of what happens when great vision has extensive experience in its corner. Between them, these two culinary wunderkinds have worked in more Michelin-starred kitchens than you can shake a whisk at, including a stint with Daniel Boulud.
Their first restaurant, Grazia, found in Bogotá’s Zona G, brings much of their international influences to bear, with a menu that offers up traditional European dishes with a Colombian bent. Diners will find everything from croissants and eggs at breakfast, through to arancini and chicharrón for dinner.
Not content only to offer delicious food in the restaurant’s sleek pink-and-black accented space, Grazia is also a patisserie and chocolatier, selling exquisite chocolates and macarons of all flavours. There’s even an atelier upstairs, offering cooking classes should you want to take a little of the magic home with you.
