Holborn Dining Room
Set within the grand façade of The Rosewood Hotel, Holborn Dining Room combines casual deli-style dining with British brasserie classics. A Des McDonald venture, the space has all the hallmarks of a classic brasserie with bright red leather banquets, imposing marble pillars and impossibly high ceilings. The space is vast and filled with uniformed waiters bearing heavy silver platters of oysters and all manner of charcuterie items, sourced from British farms, of course. The à la carte menu here is split into different sections, to cater to your every mood and culinary inclination. Select your desired dish from the Table Snacks, Charcuterie, Cold Counter, Hot Counter, Crustacea or Hot Kitchen sections, or alternatively opt for a hearty brunch or indulgent High Tea, which features such British favourites as Welsh Rarebit and Angus roast beef and horseradish sandwiches. Should you wish to package up a few items for later, there’s a handy deli located just next door.
