Hotellet opened in 2003, and has since then successfully attracted its clientele with its unusual approach to its menu. Divided into different sections – meat, fish, vegetables, sauces and side orders – the menu allows you to create your own meal.
Simply choose a basic ingredient and combine it with a sauce and side dish, and voilà. Experience, for example, the taste sensations of tuna Bordelaise or truffled spinach.

Located among all the action in Östermalm, the restaurant is in competition with the likes of East and Riche for the attention of some of the more chic local residents.
