Inn Ox Bar
The bar at the Carlo IV (see Sleep) is one of the most stylish places to drink in Prague. Designed by Adam D. Tihany, this space would effortlessly embellish any hotel in London, Paris or New York. A long, central bar dominates the room; finished in back-lit glass and steel, this slice of style is a masterpiece of grace and design, forming an illumined centrepiece to the rest of the glamorous interior.
rnLong white curtains billow over the windows while an elite coterie of residents and guests sip exquisitely prepared cocktails. There’s a cigar bar on the other side of the lobby, which is housed in the old vaults of the bank, existing as a separate entity.
rnDark and intimate, Inn Ox is the perfect place for an after-dinner glass of brandy. You might even be sufficiently seduced by your surroundings to stay for a second round.
