Jean-Philippe
Fancy visiting the sweetest of all places to eat in Vegas? At the Jean-Philippe Pâtisserie, you can lap up a tasty gelato, indulge on a handmade delicacy crafted by the master pastry chef Jean-Philippe himself, or dive into the spewing, churning, swirling chocolate fountain. It is said to be the largest chocolate fountain in the world, a 27-foot-tall engineering marvel holding more than 2,000 pounds of gooey goodness. Six rivers pour from the ceiling, feeding dark, milk and white chocolate down a series of suspended, handcrafted glass vessels and into the floor, where heated pumps recirculate the chocolate back to the top. It’s completely enclosed in glass, and runs 24-hours a day. It took two years to engineer and design this one-of-a-kind treasure.
