Just Cavalli Café
Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli, famed for his flamboyant furs and feathers, has now enabled dining out in Milan Just Cavalli-style, naming the restaurant after his diffusion line.rnrnIn true Cavalli spirit, this glass and brushed steel horseshoe structure (situated by Parco Sempione’s Eiffel-like Torre Branca) is decorated with wild animal prints (from Roberto Cavalli Casa no less), baroque crystal chandeliers, exotic flowers, mirrors and a brace of Argentinian mastiffs that treat the place like their palace. And in true fashion spirit, the fabrics are changed seasonally. rnrnBe sure that yours are up to date, for this glamorous location is favoured by fashion execs, happy to pay over the odds for bijou-portioned modern Italian cuisine (style over substance, some argue). rnrnIn the summer the surrounding garden and first-floor terrace, with muslin-draped Balinese beds, tropical plants and calico parasols, are opened up when the fashion flock come for aperitivo to graze on sushi, the accessory du jour.
