Le Cirque

Want a more family-run restaurant feel when eating out in Vegas? With just 65 seats, Vegas’ Le Cirque is run by the Maccioni family, who established the original Le Cirque as one of New York’s must-dine restaurants. The dining room, designed by Adam Tihany, is a sophisticated play on the Big Top-a fitting backdrop for the kitchen’s astonishing feats of culinary greatness. It’s decorated in reds and golds with a silk tented ceiling, striped furniture and wall murals that give a nod to the original Le Cirque monkey murals. With an AAA four-diamond rating to go with its four stars from Mobil, it’s no wonder that it’s one of the most expensive meals in Las Vegas, although gourmands may grouse that, while excellent, it’s not the best. But add in a window-side table overlooking the Bellagio fountains, and we’re certain you will have a lovely memory of this meal.
