Los Bandidos is a Spanish restaurant in central Moscow modelled on the restaurant of the same name in Puerto Banus in southern Spain.
The typically Spanish dark wooden interior, together with the low lighting and wine bottles piled on shelves, creates a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. In addition, Spanish jamons hang from the ceiling, and black-and-white ‘bandit’ photographs from the walls.
The food is authentically Spanish, ranging from gazpacho to paella, and the wine list carries an extensive selection of riojas and Iberian beers.
If you’re not a linguist you may be in for some guesswork – the menu is only in Russian or Spanish. Having said that, the service is good, with competent English spoken, so it’s well worth a try!
