Acclaimed chef Michel Hoffman sits at the head of this culinary hotspot, and with a Michelin star to his name his dedication to gastronomy is truly astounding. The restaurant layout is designed by architect Johanne Nalbach and combines subtle, earthy tones with rich woods and light stone for an elegant aesthetic. A six or eight course menu awaits, and whilst there is a seasonal meat and fish option, Hoffman is most excited by his ‘vegetable cuisine’, using organic sea salt and herbs from his own garden to pull out the natural flavours of his personalised dishes. Light, aromatic and fresh both in feel and taste, Margaux is a truly individual experience from one course to the next.
