Mint has the middle ground in Buenos Aires. Heavier than Crobar, not as druggy as Pacha, this is the happy medium between insane club land and fashionable hysteria.
rnMint’s main dance-floor is surrounded by VIP lounges, with a smaller hip-hop room and an al-fresco chill-out space for watching the sun rise over the Plate. To really pimp yourself, book a table above the main dance-floor or in the VIP section behind the DJ.
rnFor mortals, the main dance-floor, on which the usual attractive band of porteños mixes with wide-eyed tourists, is quite sufficient.
rnBoth Friday and Saturday nights attract an up-for-it crowd, but if pressed we would visit Crobar on a Friday, Mint on Saturday and Caix on Sunday morning. Nothing smarter than a T-shirt and jeans will do.
