MOzen is a CityCenter secret, where clean, contemporary décor – think blonde woods, creamy leather banquettes, and steel-and-glass chandeliers – pushes the food to centre stage. At breakfast, the casual eatery serves up excellent staples (buttermilk pancakes, Kobe steak and eggs), but go for lunch or dinner and order the taste of tuna trio, which includes basil-wrapped seared tuna, tuna tartare, and two medallions of tuna with Thai spices to finish. Short ribs are also an excellent choice – rich, tender and fatty – but save room for the generously-portioned sushi and sashimi.
