Hg2 : The Hedonist

Museum of Modern Art

Reimagined by Japanese architect Yoshio Taniguchi, the MoMA reopened to an impatient public in 2004 having been closed since May of 2002, offering its visitors over 150,000 diverse pieces of art as well as more than 22,000 films and four million film stills from a cross-section of media and world-class exhibitions. The museum was founded in 1929, with the mission of challenging the conventions of the museum world – and that it has, ever since.
