Hg2 : The Hedonist

Can’t decide between sushi or shabu shabu? Tonkatsu or teppanyaki? Japanese food lovers stricken with indecision at having to choose just one restaurant in a country where establishments commonly specialize in a single type of cuisine, will find themselves in culinary nirvana at Nadaman.

A leading Japanese restaurant company with upmarket outlets in a select number of hotels and departments stores, the latest Nadaman recently opened in the sparkling confines of the city’s new Shangri-La hotel. With a natural and minimalist zen décor created by Andre Fu of the Hong Kong design studio AFSO, the elegant 29th floor restaurant is as soothing on the eye as it is satisfying on the palate.

There are various private dining areas, a sushi counter, a space devoted to the art of teppanyaki (food cooked on an iron griddle counter) and a spacious a la carte dining area with views over the city.
