There are many faces to this warehouse conversion located beneath a flyover. During the week it’s a lively music venue where local and foreign rock bands play to a young crowd. At weekends it’s a popular choice for under-age drinkers who congregate in groups outside.
rnBut the club comes into its own on a Sunday morning, when those who refuse to go home take advantage of the after-hours opening. It’s the final leg in the weekend marathon for most clubbers, and not for the faint-hearted. But for many the laid-back music (garage, funnily enough) puts a comfortable lid on the night.
rnSome revellers choose to stay in on a Saturday night and turn up straight after a bowl of cornflakes. It’s difficult to say which sight is more disconcerting! Popular simply because there is simply nowhere else to go at that time of the morning. Dark glasses are obligatory.
