Look out for the separate entrance to Primavera on the right as you approach the Koktem building, then take the dedicated elevator right to the top floor. There you’ll find a restaurant housed within a futuristic glass dome offering magnificent panoramic views of the city. The decadent red and black colour scheme is complemented by an abundance of mirrored surfaces and there’s a mezzanine VIP floor that looks down over the less exclusive diners. Outside the secluded terrace is perfect during the warmer months, perhaps with a mojito in hand, whilst taking in the view. The extensive, mostly European menu runs from salads and pasta to fish and meat dishes plus, of course, the inevitable sushi. Portions are generous and the food well-executed but you will need to order a ‘garnish’ or side dish with your main course unless you’re on one of those high-protein diets. Helpfully, the sweet waitresses speak good English.
