With a focus on sourcing regional products, the fresh fish and vegetable dishes that emerge from the Reinstoff kitchen are utterly irresistible. The unusual appetisers (Grilled country Cucumber and Vegetable Chewing gum) are followed by miniature courses with equally exquisite descriptions. Disturbing the meticulous and beautiful presentation of each dish seems almost criminal, but your stomach will certainly thank you for it. Head chef Daniel Achilles takes real pride in his creations, and thus everything is perfected down to the very last detail – the waiters know the appetising menu inside out. The layout of the restaurant itself is extremely understated, monochrome and simplistic, allowing the paramount focus to be on the cuisine. This is a gastronomic experience everyone should try at least once.
