Rio Mar creates a small corner of Latin America in the hip Warehouse Arts District. At lunch, Rio Mar serves dead-on renditions of classic Spanish tapas to professionals from the nearby offices. In the evening, chef Adolfo García mixes it up and explores his Latin American roots. The seafood-centric restaurant is justly famous for its assortment of ceviches, Serrano ham wrapped tuna, and Louisiana Gulf shrimp al ajillo. Desserts include an excellent flan and an unbelievably rich tres leches cake.
