Formed around the idea of ‘the soul of good food’, the Salvation Cafe is an easy-going, neighbourhood place for a relaxed meal. Owner and chef Claudia Giannoccaro designed the menu here based on her exploits travelling ’round the world on luxury yachts as a cook for the rich and richer. For its small size, the Salvation Cafe’s menu is surprisingly large, spanning from breakfast to burgers with a heavy emphasis on fresh salads and sandwiches. The daily specials are the ones to look out for – many have become menu staples.
