SmithHouse Tap and Grill
This super modern, vibrant restaurant elevates classic American dishes with global ingredients and a hint of whimsy. In Chef Angelo Sosa’s capable hands the custom-blend burger is topped with a bone marrow and parmesan crust, and the dry-aged New York strip steak is glazed in a ginger soy emulsion and sprinkled with five spice walnuts. The delectable food is accompanied by over 120 selections of draft beer which guests are able to pour themselves through a revolutionary table tap system. SmithHouse’s design really does envision a new paradigm for the 21st century American grill.
