Not one of the sleek and sedate bars in Zermatt where you can here the chinking of glasses, The T Bar is found in the basement of the Hotel Pollux. Accessed by an industrial-style metal door, the basement setting is perfect for a grungy, studenty vibe with a live band playing during the week and a boisterous crowd of young revellers.

Like the Papperla, it is more reminiscent of a rowdy night out in St Anton than a sophisticated experience in St Moritz. Avoid when there is no band; the oversized space seems rather empty, and makes you believe the party is elsewhere (which it probably is).
