Brief

To develop and manage a 360 degree content strategy for this world-renowned, luxury hotel brand and its hotels across Europe.  Strategy includes creating copy and on-going audits of brand and hotel websites, developing original articles for The Journal online and the brand and hotel newsletter strategy for B2C and B2B audiences; supporting in-house collateral and creating customer-facing seasonal and destination guides; as well as translations of content into eight languages.
